The pros and cons of a Leonard Cohen show
CONS
The guy behind me that was giggling through the whole show. Every time Leonard Cohen did something, he had this nervous laugh. WHAT? Leonard does an old man dance, he laughs. Leonard takes off his hat, he laughs. Leonard sings “Hallelujah,” he laughs. STFU, man.
The cool dad. He sat next to me with binoculars, which was kind of endearing. What wasn’t endearing was his awkward, overly exaggerated head nodding and his too-loud clapping in my ear. Oh, and the fratboy “YEAAHHH!!” after the songs he really likes.
The inappropriate clapper. I forgot which song it was, but some asshole kept clapping in the middle of one the songs. Not once, but three or four times during it. Sooo distracting. I’m gonna cut off your hands, jerk.
PROS
The awesome back up singers
The band introductions
All the fedoras
The amazing venue
The sound quality
